At Remains, we do not offer refunds. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, so we offer exchanges under specific conditions.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for any purchases once the order has been processed.

2. Exchange Policy (Sizing Issues)

If you have received an item that does not fit correctly:

  • You may request an exchange for a different size of the same product.

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for a size exchange.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Requirement: To claim an exchange for a defective product, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing videostarting from the sealed package to the discovery of the defect.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process an exchange for damages or missing items.

  • Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
