Thank you for shopping with Remains. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

We strive to bring you the best quality products, which sometimes requires a longer transit period.

  • Standard Delivery: Please allow 15–20 days for your order to reach your doorstep from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier efficiency.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer free shipping across India.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages & Missing Items

Remains is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging was tampered with before delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery.

  • As per our Exchange Policy, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any internal damages or missing items.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
