Welcome to Remains. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: Due to the nature of our production and logistics, please allow 15–20 days for your order to be delivered.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for non-delivery if the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete.

3. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales Final: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.

4. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following two scenarios:

  • Sizing Issues: If the product does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to availability). The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both the customer and the brand, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video to process any claims regarding defects or missing items.

  • The video must show the sealed packageand the entire process of opening it.

  • Failure to provide an unboxing video will result in the rejection of the exchange claim.

6. Customer Support

All support queries, exchange requests, and business inquiries must be directed to our official Instagram handle: @remains.in. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Remainsand may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our express written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
